Kaley Cuoco has welcomed her second baby with fiancé Tom Pelphrey: a daughter named Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey. The actress announced the birth on Instagram on October 14, sharing that their little girl arrived on October 12.
Philomena joins the couple’s three-year-old daughter, Matilda. In the announcement, Cuoco called the newborn “our little Philo” and wrote that their family was “officially complete,” according to E! News and Page Six.

“There are no words to describe this feeling once again. What a blessing,” Cuoco wrote alongside photographs of the couple with their newborn. She thanked Pelphrey in the same post, adding, “I love you forever, girl daddy!”
The Big Bang Theory and The Flight Attendant actress also made room for Matilda in the announcement: “Time to bring Matilda’s baby home!” The birth happened two days before the public reveal, rather than on the day the news reached fans.
A family of four after a June pregnancy announcement
Cuoco announced the pregnancy in June, telling followers that Matilda had a “little sissy on the way.” Her new post returns to that family-first message, celebrating the arrival without setting out further plans.
Cuoco and Pelphrey began dating in 2022 and got engaged in 2024. They welcomed Matilda in March 2023. Both outlets describe Pelphrey as Cuoco’s fiancĂ© in their latest reports.
